Living by ALFA is a response to current trends. Downsizing, sharing economy, new family forms, loneliness, mobile workforce, and the desire for more flexibility and convenience in everyday life. For three years, we have developed Living by ALFA through research, focus groups, market analysis, and with the ambition to create a housing concept that offers residents something new and different.
With this in mind, we have created our take on an innovative living concept. Not a standard solution, but always open to interpretation in the specific context in which Living by ALFA is developed.
Living by ALFA is a serviced community. It reinvents the private rental sector in Denmark by rethinking how we live today and in the future.
Living by ALFA differs from other types of housing concepts in that it is tailored to the specific needs of the specific area - aware of history, and of present and future development.
Living by ALFA combines the best of private living with the experience of a hotel. A dedicated Community Team meets and assists residents and facilitates social events in the exclusive common areas.
Living by ALFA IrmaByen
In 2023, the first Living by ALFA opened in IrmaByen in Rødovre. 163 apartments for different target groups, including families with children, young couples without children, singles and active adults.
A new community is born, and the residents express a high level of satisfaction. We listen to their feedback and continuously adjust to ensure that the environment and offerings are optimal.
Living by ALFA IrmaByen is our flagship. In the coming years, the goal is to scale and expand the housing concept in Denmark and Sweden. The next projects are in pipeline - all targeted at the specific area's future residents, their needs, and dreams.
Living by ALFA IrmaByen offers unfurnished rental apartments and various services that we know from the hotel world, such as room service and cleaning services.
Residents have access to The Clubhouse, which consists of exclusive common areas that are an extension of their own home. The lounge, event space, dining room, home cinema, playroom, and rooftop terrace with orangery are designed to invite for socializing and conversation; work; reflection and alone time.
