With the development of our new build-to-rent living concept, Living by ALFA, we address challenges in modern life and society. Specifically, we counteract loneliness by creating communities, we deal with the issues related to busy everyday lives by offering residents extra services, and we offer flexible living concepts that cater to different life stages and family structures.
Living by ALFA is the result of years of research, focus groups and collaboration with our suppliers and service providers on how to create the best product for our customers that supports and improves their quality of life.

We take an international perspective in our concept development. This means that we bring trends and the most innovative ideas from abroad to Denmark. Global trends, such as the sharing economy, increasing loneliness, hybrid work forms as well as the desire for more flexibility and convenience in everyday life have redefined the needs of our customers. Therefore, we collaborate with anthropologists, sociologists, sustainability specialists and other relevant experts to integrate the latest knowledge into the development of future urban and living concepts.
