Grievance Mechanism

At ALFA Development, we are committed to promoting accountability, transparency, and integrity throughout our value chain. To support this commitment, we have established a grievance mechanism that allows employees, business partners, and other external stakeholders to report concerns.

This mechanism can be used to report issues potentially related to:

  • Negative environmental impacts
  • Violations of human rights or labor rights
  • Breaches of anti-corruption principles, tax regulations, or fair competition laws

The purpose of the mechanism is to ensure the early and effective resolution of issues so that potential conflicts or risks can be identified and addressed in a timely manner.

The grievance mechanism is a central part of our efforts to ensure responsible business conduct.

How to Submit a Complaint

All submissions are treated confidentially, and anonymous reporting is possible.
We process all complaints in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Response Time

You can expect a response within 2 weeks. If you submit the inquiry without contact information, it will be anonymous and not traceable. Complaints are reviewed by Group Legal Counsel, and we aim to handle and resolve cases as quickly as possible, taking their complexity into account.
