New life and green spaces will take shape as Egehaven transforms from a former industrial area into a modern neighbourhood featuring both owner-occupied apartments and townhouses.

Egehaven is organised into six residential clusters, each with its own identity, forming a cohesive environment defined by quality, functionality and architecture with classic materials.

Located in Rødovre, Egehaven sits close to schools, everyday shopping, cafés – and right next to the attractive and established district of IrmaByen. The area offers safe and convenient surroundings for families, singles and seniors who want easy access to urban amenities as well as nearby green spaces.

At the heart of the neighbourhood runs Kvarterstien – a green pathway connecting homes, meeting points and activity zones. It creates room for play, tranquillity and the informal encounters that form a vibrant local community.

The site enjoys a unique location near Espelunden, Vestvolden and the Espelunden sports facilities, and the vision is to establish a green corridor linking Egehaven with Vestvolden and the surrounding natural areas.
