Tina brings impressive experience from both real estate advisory and brokerage, having played a key role in several of Denmark’s most prominent residential developments in recent years.
“We are very pleased to welcome Tina to ALFA. She is one of the strongest profiles in the industry when it comes to project sales, and her solid track record and deep experience align perfectly with ALFA’s ambitions. We share a strong commitment to quality and a deep understanding of how details in urban and residential development contribute to real quality of life,” says Andreea Kaiser, Founder and Owner of ALFA Development.
Over the past five years, Tina has worked as an independent consultant, leading leasing and sales processes for large-scale projects such as Unity in Aarhus (652 units), Papirtårnet in Silkeborg, and Horizonten in Aalborg as well as Strandterrasserne in Køge. She has also contributed to a number of rental projects for Aberdeen – Unity Sweden, where she has gained substantial experience with the Swedish housing market.
“I’ve followed ALFA Development since the first steps of IrmaByen and have always been inspired by the company’s courage, vision, and uncompromising commitment to quality. Joining a team that works holistically and long-term feels like a natural fit. I look forward to shaping projects from idea to reality — and most importantly, to working closely with future residents,” says Tina Guldbæk Glad.
In addition to heading sales strategies in Denmark, Tina will also play a key role in ALFA Development’s sister companys growing activities in Sweden. The company has just broken ground on a major residential project in central Stockholm in collaboration with Swedish developer Besqab — with more projects on the way.
Another key focus area will be leasing of commercial units across ALFA’s property portfolio, and the continued development of Living by ALFA — the company’s community-oriented housing concept, first launched in IrmaByen and now central to the new district being developed in Greater Copenhagen area, Søborg.
Tina Guldbæk Glad succeeds ALFA Development’s long-time successful Head of Sales, Marianne Pfeifer, who is relocating to the United States with her family.
