The appointment is part of ALFA’s ambitious rental housing growth strategy, with the goal of scaling the portfolio from 250 to 2,000–3,000 rental units over the coming years — with Living By ALFA as one of its cornerstone concepts.
“Justin will play a key role in building a strong internal operations and service organization to support the growing rental portfolio we are establishing. Justin joins ALFA Development after a number of years based in Switzerland, where, drawing on the country’s globally renowned tradition of service and hospitality, he developed premium service models, operational concepts, and scalable residential and customer experiences. He brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience from developing and managing luxury resorts in destinations such as the Seychelles, Kenya, Portugal, and Cape Town, South Africa. Where his focus consistently has been on community, quality of life, and operational optimization.
At ALFA Development, Justin will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic development of the Living By ALFA concept - first launched in Copenhagen, and in 2022 recipient of the international “Best Emerging Coliving Concept” award. The next generation of the concept will be part of the Søborg Skovby urban area development in Copenhagen, with further units planned across the Greater Copenhagen area.

Oliver Lorentz Larsen appointed Head of Investments
As part of the same organizational strengthening, Oliver Lorentz Larsen has been appointed Head of Investments at ALFA Development. Most recently, he has been responsible for the consolidation and operations of the coliving concept Living By ALFA and will now play a key role in supporting portfolio expansion, attracting new investment partners, and identifying future investment opportunities.
He will be responsible for investor and partner relations, structuring investments, acquisition analysis, and development of business models across development activities in Scandinavia.
