On the edge of city and park
Outdoor living and views of nature – that’s what characterises Parkkanten in Rødovre, which is uniquely located at the transition from city to nature. IrmaByen is on one side of the building and IrmaByen’s own park, Den Grønne Kile, on the other.
Parkkanten consists of 98 modern apartments with deep west-facing balconies from the first to sixth floor, from where the afternoon and evening sun may be enjoyed, and on the east side, French or regular balconies for the morning sun. The ground floor apartments have large balconies providing wonderful views of the park, as the ground floor apartments are elevated.
