ALFA Development Sweden is launching a new residential project in central Stockholm. The development, called "Tegelwik," will feature 93 apartments in a prime location on Södermalm.
The property was acquired by Besqab through land allocation from the City of Stockholm and represents the final phase of the larger Persikan urban development area. ALFA Development and Besqab will collaborate on this 50/50 joint venture, with ALFA providing financial backing.
Strategic Significance
This project marks ALFA Development Swedens first venture in Stockholm, building on their established presence in Sweden through previous projects in Malmö.
"We are excited to collaborate with Besqab on this unique project, aligning our shared vision of prioritizing quality of life and sustainable urban development," said ALFA Development founders Andreea Kaiser and Ludvig Find.
Expanding in Sweden:
ALFA Development has operated in Sweden for six years, focusing on projects like Kajkanten in Malmö (200+ homes) and a joint venture in the Kalcium project. The company aims to expand its footprint in major urban areas, particularly Stockholm, Malmö, and Lund.
