33 new apartments in the heart of Amager
Astas Have is ALFA Development’s residential project located on the corner of Sundholmsvej and Kornblomstvej on Amager. The aim is to reinforce the overall urban character of the area and establish a harmonious development that respects the local context.
At the centre of the block, a shared courtyard will provide a communal outdoor space for residents. The development includes cycle parking, an underground car park, and functional outdoor areas that together support everyday convenience.
