Private orangery and green oasis
Orangerihaven consists of 21 well-designed single-storey houses whereof some have a private, attached orangery. The greenery is central to the lovely place in IrmaByen. In addition to the orangery, which can be used as either a conservatory or greenhouse, there are small gardens in the residential area. The park area Espelunden is within walking distance, while the vibrant inner Copenhagen is only a 10-minute drive away.
Orangerihaven is a pleasant and harmonious place characterized by aesthetics and harmonious spaces. And not least, the oasis encourages both private life and community. The individual homes have large terraces, and a transition has been created from the private terraces to the common areas, which include a garden area, petanque court and social meeting places.
